TheoTown throws you into full-on mayor mode - a chill but deep city-builder where you design, tweak and grow whole urban sprawls. Run one city or juggle several at once, starting from a tiny township and blowin' it up into a huge metropolis packed with character.
You call the shots on skyline and stats, build gnarly transport webs - tracks, airports, bus depots - and fine-tune how people move. Customize your fleet (yeah, paint those planes, set bus routes, lay down rail networks) and watch traffic and transit play out. Expect curveballs: nature and humans both can mess things up - disasters, outbreaks, crime spikes and fires keep you on your toes.
